Objective: Sense stimulation - touching and feeling different textures

Method: Encourage children to touch and feel the different textures of the inchworm.

Objective: Gross motor skills training – rattling

Method: Encourage children to rattle the inchworm with both their left and right hands. This stimulates their hearing and trains their gross motor skills.

Objective: Fine and gross motor skills training - twisting

Method: Encourage children to twist the inchworm’s head, body and tail to create sounds. This trains their hearing as well as motor skills.

Method: The colorful beads in the inchworm’s tail will shake when the inchworm is rattled. This stimulates children’s vision.
