Learn how your child can make use of this toy to have fun and learn at the same time.

“Boss” and “Lady Boss” are respectively blue and pink dinosaurs who not only love balls but enjoy all kinds of activities. They have put these activities onto their bodies for babies to enjoy: squeaking body and feet, crinkling fins, rattling ball, hand with mirrors, clicking flowers, textured spots on body, waggling tail. And a little baby boss in a pocket to hide.

Objective: Hugging - building a sense of security

Method: Boss in Action is made from high quality materials. It is soft and comfortable, great for hugging. Hugging also teaches children to care for others.

Objective: Listening and attention training – observing your child’s reaction to sounds

Method: Shake or crinkle Boss to create sounds from different directions. Observe if your child’s gaze follows the sounds.

Objective: Fine motor skills training -grasping

Method: Encourage children to grasp at and pick up the small Boss.

Objective: Sense stimulation - touching and feeling

Method: Boss in Action is made from different textures and materials. Encourage children to touch and feel the textures and to chew on the teether.

Objective: Listening and fine motor skills training – grasping and crinkling

Method: Encourage children to grasp at and crinkle different parts of Boss with both their hands. This creates sounds and trains their fine motor skills.

Objective: Developing self awareness - observing herself in the mirror

Method: Allow your child to observe and recognize her own image in the mirror (on Boss’ right hand). This helps develop her self-esteem.

Objective: Gross motor skills training – pulling

Method: Encourage your child to pull the pull-string ball on Boss’ tail. When she lets go, Boss will vibrate and the ball will rattle.

Objective: Fine motor skills training – twisting

Method: Encourage children to twist the flower on Boss’ right leg. It creates a funny sound.

Objective: Eye hand coordination training – putting the small Boss in Boss’ pocket

Method: Encourage your child to take the small Boss out from Boss’ front pocket, then to place him back in.

Objective: Cognitive training - learning facial features and body parts

Method: Use Boss to teach children facial features and body parts such as the head, eye, hand and foot.

Objective: Cognitive training – pointing to facial features and body parts

Method: Name a facial feature or body part of Boss and encourage your child to point to it.

Objective: Cognitive training - learning colors

Method: Teach children different colors using Boss.

Objective: Cognitive training – pointing to colors

Method: Name a color and encourage your child to point to it.

Objective: Cognitive training – learning the concepts of “inside” and “outside”

Method: Demonstrate the concepts of “inside” and “outside” by placing the small Boss inside and outside of the pocket.
